What is it about little ones and puddles??? We were outside enjoying the very rare sunshine, keep in mind the temperature was still in the mid to high 30's and we hear splashing and laughing and barking. This is what we saw when we checked it out.

We had a P.E. Program and a Recorder Concert for Doug.

I had the pleasure to sit through a half hour recorder concert that the kids put on. It really was cute though, they have worked very hard to have all the songs memorized.

Happy Birthday Jerbear!!

This is my very cute husband Jeramie (aka The Bear, Jerbear, Poppa Bear, You get the picture).

Today is his birthday, he turned 32.. And before you ask, we did not do anything today to celebrate it, being Dad came first. We had a music concert, wrestling, and itty bitty sports tonight. So on Sunday we will do something for him. But I wanted to wish him a very Happy Birthday, and tell him that I appreciate everything he does for our family. And Thanks for being the very best Dad in the World!! I love you!!

This was Kad's first year of playing football. He did pretty dang good too!! He played half back and full back and a right guard. I didn't get any action shots of him, I know way to go mom. But he really did do awesome!! Can't wait for next season!! I will be more on the ball then. (Promise!)

Isn't he just cute!! This is Kadian's sport!! Kadian is such a natural when it comes to basketball!! He played forward and wing guard this year. And once again I didn't get any action shots. Sorry Kadian. I will do better next season.

Itty Bitty Sports

Oh My Goodness!!! This is so cute!! The rec center has decided to do a sports day for children ages 2 through 5. The first day they practices somersaults and tried out cartwheels. (Gage would not try the cartwheel but is pretty good with the front rolls!) They also played a game called midnight. They were the little chickens and the teacher was the fox. It was craziness but oh so cute. They also played duck, duck, goose. Which most of the children didn't get so we had a bunch of little ones running around in circles.

Gage thinks he is so big because he has his own "sport day" at the school and his brothers get to watch him.

This is week two. They had a whole gym full of balloons and the kids went nuts with them!! It was fun, they had relays with them. This is us waiting in line for our turn.

Next they had to pick up as many balloons as they could hold. He got up to about six.. Not to bad!

The cute blond in the back is Kadian's crush. Her name is Simone. She is a very cute girl, but she just wants to stay friends. Which is just fine with this mom!! I'm not ready for this kind of thing!! 

He was very cute! He called me that night (they all went to a buddy's house after the dance to have a paint ball war.), "Mom, it was awesome!! I danced with 19 girls!! I could hear the huge smile in his voice! 

I sure wish he would quit growing up!!!!  

Kadian's Idaho Trip

Over the summer some of the kids in the ward went on a week long hike in Idaho. They set up camp and Reflection Lake. They hiked into Buck & Doe, Twin Coves,Sky High and Parachute

He had to carry a very heavy pack, around 50 pounds for eight miles in and then eight miles out. He was a little sore by the time he got home.

They hiked into a different lake every day. Isn't the view amazing!!

They liked to tease Kadian, They said he was a really good sport!!

I was so nervous about him going because he is the youngest of the group, but they took very good care of him and he had a very good experience!!

It is fun when the family gets together!!  Brother and Sister time. They only get to see each other a couple of times a year so they took advantage while camping during the summer.

Fishing Buddy

Grandma and Grandpa came out this summer and Gage took Grandpa fishing.. He can cast and reel all by himself!! Love ya Grandpa!!

My dare devils in training

Grandpa Jim got an awesome motorcycle this summer!! He was so cute giving the kids a ride up and down the road. The boys thought they were pretty cool too. Jim even let Jeramie take me for a ride. I do believe I will let him get a motorcycle after all because that is a blast!!

Lagoon Trip

We took the kids to Lagoon the day after the zoo. I think that our favorite ride is the rocket and the sling shot ride. I got to watch Kadian and Doug go on the sling shot ride together...their faces were priceless.
We all got totally drenched on the cliffhanger too!!
All around awesome day!!!

Gage thought he was so big!! He got to go on a ride with the big kids! He smiled the whole time. You wouldn't guess that by looking at this picture they all look a little grouchy. But they had a good time!!

A day at the zoo

During the summer the guys got a little time off so we made our way to Salt Lake to visit the Zoo. It was so fun to spend time with friends & family!! We had a great time.. Jeramie made sure we didn't miss the bird show by asking every five minutes if it was time yet.. Needless to say Jeramie really loves the bird show. 

The little ones had a good time chasing the little birds that would land to eat the spilled popcorn.

Basketball Game

Yesterday was Dougie's last basketball game for the season!! It was a very exciting and close game with the score ending at 18-20. We lost but it was a battle until the end. Doug handles the ball really well and got to play point guard for most of the game. He also got quite a few rebounds.

He also scored a basket! Good job honey!

Working Out

Insanity has started at our house.. Beachbody has this workout program that Jeramie and I are doing. The boys were trying it out because they made fun of our struggling through. They however found out that mom and dad are not really wimps!! Doug lasted the longest, Not suprising because he loves challenges. Kadian only lasted for about 10 minutes before finally throwing in the towel. And Gage loved running and tripping his brothers. I think he had the most fun. And thank you
